Qualifying Entrants

1. The contest period is from 14 November 2016 to 2 January 2017
2. This Lucky Draw is open only to individuals who reside in Singapore. Entrants above 13 years old (the “Participant”) is eligible to participate in the Lucky Draws.
3. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draws:
   1. Employees of Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd and their immediate family members, relatives and friends;
   2. Vendors, contractors or partners or any other individuals directly involved or connected to the Lucky Draws including their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors and immediate family members and/or relatives living in the same household; and
   3. Individuals who do not reside in Singapore.

Contest Entries

1. The lucky draw will be conducted on a weekly basis for 7 weeks.

2. To enter into the lucky draw, participants need to meet the minimum purchase criteria as below :
   1. Dine in / Takeway at Popeyes Singapore restaurants : Minimum spending of S$ 15
   2. Delivery orders (through www.popeyesdelivery.com.sg or hotline +6545 4555) : Minimum spending of $35 (excluding delivery charge)
3. All lucky draw entries must be submitted through the designated website as announced by Popeyes Singapore. Lucky draw entries must be completed in full and made in the manner specified by the closing date. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
4. A Participant who fails to provide true, correct and accurate information when participating in the Lucky Draw shall be automatically disqualified from the Lucky Draw.
5. One receipt is entitled for ONE lucky draw entry. Customers are allowed to participate for more than ONE time with different receipt. ORIGINAL receipt must be presented during the collection of the prize money. The winner shall be disqualified if unable to present the original receipt during the collection.
6. Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd. reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is in breach of the Terms. Failure by Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd. to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Lucky draw, Louisiana QSR Pte Ltd at its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement entrant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Prizes

1. Refer the Luck Draw date at point 1 under Contest Entries.
2. The following must be presented at the collection of the prizes :
   1. Proof of identity (NRIC or other passes issued by the Government of Singapore for residential in Singapore)
   2. Original receipt used for the entry in the lucky draw.
3. Prizes are non-transferable. Value of the prizes may vary; Louisiana QSR Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
4. The winners of the lucky draw will be notified via a phone call or electronic means such as Facebook or email. Louisiana QSR Pte Ltd reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.
5. Where applicable, prizes not collected shall be disposed of at Louisana QSR Pte Ltd sole discretion. Louisiana QSR Pte Ltd’s decision regarding the award of all prizes, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the contest, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding Louisiana QSR Pte Ltd decision on the same. The receipt by any winner of any prize under this lucky draw is conditional upon compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
6. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, image, voice and/or likeness by Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd. For editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purpose without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd. By each winner from any and all liability claims, demands, cause of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the contest, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the contest, prize, and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
7. Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd. shall have the right to cancel the lucky draws or any part thereof should they be unable to continue with such lucky draws for reason beyond its control.

Use of Personal Information

1. By entering the contest, you agree:
   • to the use of your name and/or likeness, without compensation, for Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd. promotional and marketing purposes; and
   • to the use of the information submitted on the contest entry form, without compensation, for Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd. promotional and marketing purposes; and
   • to the use of your answers to the questions and/or tie breaker for Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd. promotional and marketing purposes.
   • To use of your pictures taken during the lucky draw collection in our outlet front or website to publicize our winner list.
2. Each individual participating to this lucky draw acknowledges that:
   • in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by her/him to Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd. or obtained by Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd. from her/him pursuant to this application:
   • she/he is authorized to disclose such Personal Information; such disclosure complies with any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of this competition, and the use of such Personal Information by Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd. as contemplated by this application (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd.'s external agencies or third parties)
3. Louisiana QSR Pte. Ltd. and its affiliated companies respect the privacy of every individual who visits our Web site or responds to our advertisements and contest. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for details.
